2021-2023: European League of Football
The Leipzig Kings were announced as team for the inaugural 2021 ELF season, after the German Knights 1367 Niedersachsen withdrew in March 2021. Originally Leipzig was slated as expansion team for 2022. In July 2023 the team withdrew from ELF. Their seven remaining games were recorded as losses.
